We do not make any representations or warranties about any website you may access through this website. Any such website is independent from this website, and we have no control over, or responsibility with respect to, the information provided or activities undertaken by any such website. A link between this website and another website does not mean that we endorse that website. You need to make your own independent decisions regarding your interactions or communications with any other website.
We do not want to receive confidential, proprietary or trade secret information through this website (excluding information related to any order you place). Please note that any information, materials, suggestions, ideas or comments sent to us will be deemed non-confidential. Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, e.g. general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in telecommunications, power communications, our computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, we shall inform you accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both you and Paiku are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
Severability. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority or arbitral tribunal, the remainder of that provision and all other provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any provisions determined invalid or unenforceable will be substituted by relevant legal guidance and advice.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolutions. Any disputes shall primarily be settled by agreement after discussions with the Paiku support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion with the Paiku support, you, as the customer, may directly submit complaints online via the EU commission’s platform mediation for disputes EU commission’s platform mediation. If you submit a complaint via their platform, your submission will automatically be forwarded to the correct national body responsible for resolving disputes. That body will then contact us and try to resolve the dispute without court involvement. In any dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the respective Dispute Settlement Body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall be settled as determined under these specific terms, or ultimately by the courts.
Sales & Refund Terms & Conditions #
Payment. You may pay for an order using several different options.
- Swish: You may choose to pay via Swish. When paying via Swish, we do not add any extra fees. Swish is only available to residents of Sweden.
- Klarna: We offer the following payment options via Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden: Pay now, Pay later, Financing or Installments based on location. In order to use Klarna, you must not have any non-payment records and/or any previous demands for payment from Klarna. When paying via Klarna, we do not add any extra fees. Please read Klarna’s terms & conditions for the various payment options thoroughly, and contact the Klarna support if you have any questions about Klarna’s services.
- PayPal: You may choose to pay with PayPal, either via your PayPal balance or via a credit or debit card connected to your PayPal account. When paying via PayPal, we add a fee of SEK 49,00 kr. Please read PayPal’s terms & conditions for your country thoroughly.
- Credit or debit card: You may choose to pay with a VISA or Mastercard credit or debit card. We use a payment solution from Stripe where your payment information is securely transmitted directly to Stripe without it passing through our servers. When paying via Stripe, we do not add any extra fees.
Extra fees may be added by Swish, Klarna, PayPal and Stripe that are out of our control.
Pricing and Price Corrections/Reductions. Prices are shown in the currency of the respective country that you choose. Our website uses an automated tool to convert the default currency (SEK) into the respective currency that is chosen. The exchange rate is automatically fetched from the European Central Bank (ECB) twice per day and may not be fully consistent with other exchange rates.
We reserve the right to change prices for products in the shop and website at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
If you are paying for your order with an international Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in all prices (except in the case of sales to countries outside the EU).
Order Acceptance/Confirmation. We may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your website order, we’ll provide you with an order confirmation email. You are obliged to provide us with a valid email address and inform us of any changes. Should you not receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes after placing your order, please contact us. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.

For orders via our website, we use DHL as our primary shipping partner. Shipping cost will be added when applicable and displayed at checkout. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
As we take care of the dispatch of the products you purchase from our website, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is/are picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us to resolve.
Standard Return Policy. You may return a product still in its sealed and largely undamaged original packaging, or, in cases where the product has no packaging, in the same condition as it was in at the time of delivery, along with the original receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
You will pay all return costs, except in cases where the product(s) is/are defective or where we have made a mistake with your order. Returns shall be sent as standard mail, and NOT as cash on delivery. You must contact us before the return is made and include your first and last name, billing and/or shipping address, phone number and order number along with what product(s) you are about to return.
In addition, please note the following:
- The following products are not eligible for return or refund: electronic downloads, subscriptions, tournament/competition/event access passes, and Paiku gift cards.
- In the case of products returned with a gift receipt, we will offer you a Paiku Gift Card.
In-Store Pickups and Returns. We offer in-store pickup for many of the products available in our online store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the product(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. We will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your products. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, we may cancel it.
If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. We are not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your product(s) has/have been picked up.
Consumers Only. We sell and ship products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
Product Availability and Limitations. Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, we may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re producing them as fast as we can. We reserve the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when we confirm your order but subsequently learn that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
